Refund policy

We all make mistakes!

A refund may be available if you make an error in your payment. Any refunds will be made by credit to the card used for the original purchase or payment. If you make an error please, email Hirespeedwheels immediately or call 0425337650 as soon as possible.

Event withdrawals will not be subject to a refund- we can offer another available weekend as a replacement.

Australia is a big place- occasionally wheels may arrive late(lost in shipping). In the event of wheels arriving late from our Postal or freight company we will offer a free rental use on another weekend.
